Kathmandu, August 19:

Additional 681 people have been confirmed to have corona infection in the last 24 hours.

 Spokesperson, Dr. Jageshwor Gautam of Ministry of Health and Population, has said that 681 people have been found to have infected in the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of infected people in Nepal has reached 28 thousand 938.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 554,388 tests PCR test is conducted till Wednesday. Similarly, a total of 13 thousand 4 hundred 61 PCR tests have been done in 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 120 people have returned back to their home after recovering from corona infection. So far, the number of cures has reached 17,700.

The total number of quarantined people is 13,571. Likewise, the number of people living in isolation is 11,118.
