One person has died while a second is missing after a motorcycle fell into the Sano Rapti river in Dang last night.

Two people traveling on a motorcycle (Lu. 57 Pa. 1100) fell into the river after hitting the bridge over the river in the incident that took place at Balrampur at 11:00 pm last light on the Lamahi-Gadhawa road section, said police inspector at the Ward Police Office, Gadhawa Prajjwal Thapaliya.

The body of Suraj Narayan Chaudhary,26, of Chandanpur in Gadahwa rural municipality, Dang was found while Manoj Chaudhary,27, is missing. A search is underway to find Manoj, police said.
