Museum ready in Gurung settlement in Bhorle

A museum has been established at the Gurung settlement at Bhorle in the district.

The two-room museum building costs two million rupees provided by the Bagmati State. The museum is expected to help conserve art and culture of the community by storing traditional artefacts of the community and attract tourists, said the district coordination committee chief Kul Prasad Bhatta.

The settlement and Thulogaun village has over 250 houses of the community.

Likewise, a community school building has been constructed at Chitti village with the monetary assistance of one million rupees from the State.
