Kathmandu, August 28:

Nepal records 927 new cases of corona virus on Friday only.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 927 new infected people have been added in the 10,229 PCR sample tests. At the same time, the number of infected people has reached 36,456 so far.

In Kathmandu Valley only, 415 people have been added. It has the highest number, 350, infected cases. And in Kathmandu the infected cases is rapidly increasing day by day.

In Bhaktapur, 54 people and in Lalitpur, 11 people have been added. The number of active infected people in the country is 16 thousand and 19. Out of this 6 thousand 446 people are living in home isolation. Similarly,there are 9,573 people living in institutional isolation.

169 people have recovered and returned home in the last 24 hours. So far, the number of discharges has reached 20 thousand 2 hundred and 42.
