Woman dies falling off cliff in Bajhang

Bajhang, July 26

A 26-year-old woman died today after falling from a cliff in course of collecting fodder at Jayaprithvi municipality-1 in Bajhang.

The District Police Office identified the deceased as a local Sharmila Bista. She left her home at 7:00 am with her friends to collect the fodder.

She suffered the tragedy after an hour of reaching the cliff. Seriously injured in the fall, she breathed her last while being taken to the District Hospital, Simkhet.

DPO’s Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganesh Bam said.
