Multiple landslides have rendered displacement of 22 households of Dalit community from Tanjkot-2, Kharra in Humla.

The landslides triggered by monsoon rains that took place at Jimkoila rivulet of Kharra forced all the households of Dalit settlement to abandon the place on Thursday.

Dhansur Damai, a local, informed that the Dalit families shifted to other areas due to life-threatening natural disaster in the rivulet.

The landslide caused damages to two houses and also continued eroding other houses. All the members of the displaced families now are residing at Deula Gaira under tent, Damai shared.
