Kathmandu , July 24:

Munna Mohammad, an Indian citizen , has thrown acid on a young woman in Sitapaila, Kathmandu. He has said that acid attack was done under direction of his master, Mohammad Alam. Toilet cleaning acid has been found to be spilled on her face.

She was walking back her home after shopping for Juju Dhau (Curd) and Chiura (bitten rice) in Baffle, when there was an acid attack.

Munna has also revealed that Mohammad Alam, who is currently living in Dallu from Laxmipur Rautahat, told him to go to India at the same night of the incident .

However, the Metropolitan Crime Investigation Branch and the Kathmandu Police have arrested Munna on the basis of close circuit (CC) camera footage near the incident site. The Master, Mohammed has also admitted the charges.

Pavitra Karki, 22, of Okhaldhunga also says that she has no any in love affairs with him. However, the victim has stated that she used to be like her guardian.

The girl is currently undergoing treatment at Kirtipur-based hospital.

 The victim of the acid attack is an employee of of Hyatt Hotel, in

the Accounting department .
